ARA International Section Notice of Annual Review Meeting & International Coffee Chat

The International Section are pleased to bring you our Annual Review Meeting programme for 2026.
The Annual Review Meeting will be held online via Teams at 1pm (BST) on Wednesday 15 July 2026. This Annual Review Meeting will also include a Connections event, providing an opportunity for members to connect with each other with an International Coffee session.

We hope that this will be a chance to recap what the Committee has been up to over the past year, learn about what we have planned going forward, and discuss the upcoming International Guidance on Events that we have developed to support members.
To further offer members a chance to connect with others internationally, share experiences, and feel less isolated, we will be holding an International Coffee session. To support this there will be Conversation Starter Questions, which will be shared with the Teams meeting invite. We are sharing these for you to muse on in advance but there is no obligation to ask all or stick to these in the session with whoever you are grouped with, but they are there for reference to support your conversations.
Please note that only individual members of the ARA may vote in the Annual Review Meeting committee elections.

A Teams link will be sent to you in advance of the meeting, along with Annual Review Meeting paperwork including minutes from last Annual Review Meeting, Section Terms of Reference and the Annual Report 2025-26. This will also include the Conversation Starter Questions.
