We have extended our Online conference registration period to 5th August

Our hybrid conference will be live streamed from our in-person venue in Bristol from 27-29th August.

Of course, attending online doesn’t come with the fun benefits of socials, ice cream breaks and chatting in-person to others in the record-keeping sector, but it does come with different benefits:

  • Log-in anywhere in the world and enjoy one of the best conferences in the record-keeping sector – our theme this year: Next Generation: Innovation and Imagination in Record Keeping gives us great scope to cover many of the hot topics challenging both the record-keeping sector and the world – AI, digital innovation, sustainability, climate change and developing new ways of working that encourage inclusivity and diversity.

  • Recordings of sessions mean that you can be in two places at once – we have four parallel streams and feedback from delegates is always that there is more they’d have liked to have gone to if it hadn’t been scheduled at the same time – now it is possible, as you can catch up for two months after the event ends.

  • Fit around your work or caring commitments – if you can’t get three days out of the office (or more with travel) then you can fit the conference round your work commitments. Similarly we have often had feedback from those with caring commitments – particularly of school-age children – that August isn’t great for them – you can now dip in and out of the conference – even from the poolside (if your hotel’s wifi is good enough).

  • Save the planet and avoid long haul flights – whilst there are benefits from being in Bristol in person some people might consider that these don’t outweigh the environmental (and actual monetary) costs of flying long haul to join us – joining online solves all that.

Our online offer includes:

  • Full access to the conference virtual platform to include live streamed and on-demand sessions (this includes all programmed sessions and will be available for up to 2 months post-event)

  • Access to the virtual exhibition and sponsor information

  • Abstracts and other relevant session handouts (if provided by the speakers)

  • Online networking facilities

  • Opportunity to ask questions via a Q&A chat
