You can find details of our 2024 annual conference, which will be held in Birmingham (UK) this year from 28th-30th August – can be found here.

The 2024 theme is ‘Climate and Crisis: Tackling It Together’ and over three days we address the major crises and challenges facing our communities and our profession, learning from our community and building stronger responses, together. The Climate Crisis is the challenge of an era with the responsibility to take action falling upon us all. Our profession must respond, learn from best practice and find new ways to contribute to the global effort. Our work faces other crises not least funding and resourcing challenges. We are better tackling this together too, and we want the conference to be a catalyst for this.

ARMA members joining ARA as individual members will be entitled to the discounted rate for the conference – this is a significant saving – Member rates for the full conference package (2 nights accommodation, 3 days conference programme, 2 social events, all meals included) is £735 – non member rate is £950.

Our Training and Events programme is advertised on the webpage here. ARMA members joining ARA as individual members will be able to take advantage of membership rates for all our training – this will typically bring a large discount – our upcoming ‘Budgeting for beginners’ course has the following rates: £100 for ARA members. £180 non-members. Some events hosted by our specialist sections and groups may be free to members.
