ARMA members will be able to join ARA as individual members at a discounted rate of £40.  This provides access to many of the member benefits enjoyed by ARA members including discounted conference rates and discounted/free training sessions.

The ARMA International partnership also provides opportunities for mutual promotion of associations’ conferences – ARMA InfoCon 2024 will be in Houston, Texas in October 2024 and ARA’s conference will be in Birmingham, UK, in August 2024.

John Chambers, Chief Executive, Archives and Records Association UK & Ireland, said:

“I am really happy to announce this partnership with ARMA International – we have so many things in common – including a commitment to providing our members with opportunities for professional development, ongoing education, and networking. The offer to our members from ARMA International will enhance these opportunities, particularly for our records manager and information governance professionals. I’m also confident our offer to ARMA members will provide great value to them, as it does to our UK and International members.”

Nathan Hughes, Executive Director & CEO, ARMA, said:

“As a leader in the industry we are delighted to partner with our international colleagues to continue to build a stronger collective that benefits our members and provides an educational resource for those seeking professional development and connectivity. Our partnership only grows this goal”
