ARA statement on impact of coronavirus outbreak

Following advice issued by the governments of the UK and the Republic of Ireland on steps to be taken to slow the spread of COVID-19 the ARA has taken the decision to suspend all face to face and in person ARA events until the end of July 2020. All face-to-face activity including training events and meetings have been cancelled.

2020 Call for Nominations to Serve on the ARA Board

Elections to the ARA Board take place at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). This year’s AGM is on 6 May 2020 in Dublin. This year there are elections for Vice Chair, Honorary Secretary and two places on the ARA Board as ordinary Elected Board Members, including the Diversity portfolio.

Celebrations for the 40th anniversary of ARA Ireland

New ARA Board members are announced

We are delighted to announce that the previously vacant Board positions of Honorary Secretary and Diversity portfolio holder have now been filled. Andrew Nicoll was co-opted onto the Board to be Honorary Secretary and Jenny Moran was co-opted to the Diversity portfolio during the ARA Board’s latest meeting.
