ARA Section for Specialist Repositories, training day and AGM, Mon 13 May 2019

Day conference, 'The same but different': museum collection management for archivists

This training day follows the well over-subscribed spring 2018 special issue of the ARA journal Archives and Records where the topic was archives and museums. The January 2019 issue of the ARA’s monthly magazine ARC also featured the same subject. This training day also includes the first meeting of the new ARA Section for Archives and Museums (SAM) which will organise regular museum-themed training sessions in the future.
