About meGraduated in Art Management, currently residing in London as an au-pair with the aim of improving English. I attended my Beachelor Degree at Urbino’s University, Humanities, Cultural Heritage Studies and Philosophy faculty. The subject that piqued my interest the most was Methodology and Techniques of Art History. Meetings
with experts, visits to museums and collections accompanied the lessons, with and ended course study day at the Uffizi. I chose this subject for my thesis, entitled “Ferrara and the Renaissance: Cosmè Tura, Francesco del Cossa, Ercole dè Roberti”. I analyzed styles and languages of Ferrara’s school, a singular figurative culture that characterized Ferrara in the Estense Lordship. I studied different subject that helped me to deeply know the History Art world, such as History of Modern Art and Iconography and Iconology. Thanks to Documentary research in archives and libraries I learned to carry out research in archives and libraries, then put into practice with an internship at the A. Moroni library. I then decided to undertake a Master in Art Management.
During my course I choose to study several modules on Management and Organization of Cultural
Companies. For my master's thesis I chose the subject Education and Interpretation of Cultural Heritage. I was fascinated by the interpretative techniques in order to involve different types of audiences. The title of my thesis "The museum out of itself. A workshop proposal for primary school to tell the Marche emigration”.I developed the ability to work with public thanks to internships at Civic Museums of Recanati and in London with the Italian association "Cultural London". In addition, I achieved the European computer license.
I would like to deepen my knowledge of archival work, in order to increase my skills and have more career prospects.
