If you are newly qualified and embarking on your career in archives, records management or archive conservation, or looking to develop new skills that will help you do your current job a little better or indeed pursue a new career path, then you will no doubt be looking for the best training opportunities you can find to help you along the way.

The ARA offers an active programme of training and development opportunities for the record keeping community at all points of their career. This programme includes a variety of touring workshops and courses in record keeping skills, the most recent being our successful Digital Preservation national seminar tour and our Preservation for Archivists and Information Professionals tour.

As a member training is discounted, so if you are not a member we strongly recommend that you sign up and start taking advantage.
