The office email addresses operate a "Challenge Response" system to deter unwanted emails. When contacting any of the email addresses below for the first time the sender will receive a return email requiring them to navigate to a web page and insert a particular word or number before their mail wiil be delivered. This will only need to be done once as the sender will then be added to the approved list for future emails.

Some users may find that the email sytems at their place of work may not allow this process. In that instance we would ask them to contact the office by telephone where they can have their email address approved manually.
