USE OF RECORDING AGREEMENT

The purpose of the Agreement is to ensure that your oral history contribution is used in accordance with your wishes.  Please note that these materials will be deposited at the National Sound Archive [now British Library Sound Archive] as part of the Society of Archivists Oral History Collection.

Nature of contribution (can include photographs, etc.), please describe:
