Continuing Development Sub-Committee

CDSC consists of representatives from the archive, conservation and records management professions; from business, local authority and national institutions. Its aims are as follows:

• To promote the benefits of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to the membership and to those who work in archives and records management and their employers
• To implement a training and development strategy
• To build upon the current training and development provision
• To research alternative methods of encouraging personal development
