I am Head of Knowledge and Stakeholder Relations at the Chartered Management Institute. I am responsible for CMI's body of knowledge and knowledge transfer programmes, policy team and stakeholder relations, including CMI's Academic Advisory Council, Board of Companions. and the CMI Management Book of the Year prize.
